Our executive staff boasts over 40 years of combined experience in duty drawback and our Account Managers are subjected to rigorous drawback compliance and trade industry certification training. Drawback recovery for all clients exceeded $100 million in 2020 alone and is expected to increase by 25% in 2021.

Alliance Drawback Services offers a comprehensive drawback solution – we take full responsibility for all elements of the drawback process from compliance to claim preparation. We operate strictly on a percentage of the recovery which incentivizes us to maximize the client’s recovery. Further we assume as much of the administrative burden as possible so our client’s personnel can stay focused on core business activities.

Meet the Executives

Anthony Nogueras

Chief Executive Officer

Anthony Nogueras, CEO of Alliance Drawback Services, founded Alliance in 2001 following 12 years experience in the international logistics industry as a drawback specialist.

Mr. Nogueras brings drawback experience in a variety of industries including electronics, steel, petrochemicals, titanium, and excise tax drawback on wine and beer. He has developed and presented over 100 duty drawback seminars to potential drawback filers and industry trade groups in addition to being published in numerous trade industry publications including The Journal of Commerce. He graduated with high honors from San Francisco State University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Relations. He is also a Licensed Customs Broker.

Nicole Kartchner

Vice President, Operations

Nicole Kartchner, VP of Operations, has 10 years of Trade Industry experience overseeing Operations for Alliance Drawback Services in addition to her ownership position in the Company.

In her operational role, Ms. Kartchner manages all aspects of Alliance's drawback operations that has generated hundreds of millions in client drawback refunds in a variety of industries but most notably retail, electronics, and chemicals. She also serves on several drawback trade committees including the Trade Drawback Working Group, the AAEI Drawback Committee, and the NCBFAA Drawback Committee. As a drawback specialist and high-level data analyst, she understands the intricacies of ACE portal reporting options for importers. She is also a Licensed Customs Broker.
