Alliance Drawback Services Section 301 Forced Labor · Entry-level exposure

What the forced labor action actually costs your entries.

Drop in an ES-003 Entry Summary Line Details report from ACE. Every line is matched to the forced labor rate for its country of origin, then run down the diligence ladder: Annex II exemptions, Chapter 98 special programs, and the Section 232 lines the action does not stack on. You get the net number and the lines behind it.

What this cannot see

  • Preference claims are read from the SPI code on each line. Where the SPI is blank the tool charges the duty, so a USMCA or CAFTA-DR claim you made but did not report here will overstate your exposure.
  • Certified automobile parts. Heading 9903.94.07 exempts any auto part the importer certifies for U.S. production or repair. The tool catches it when the provision is on the entry and misses it when the certification sits outside the filing.
  • The 15% metal content test. U.S. note 16(c) carves a derivative article out only where the applicable metal is at least 15% of its weight. Entry data carries no weights, so the tool assumes the test is met. Your bills of material settle it.
Both exports ask for a name and email. Your entry file still never leaves this page.
Want the version with the paperwork attached?

This page gives you the number. Alliance gives you the file: line-by-line classification review, Annex II and Section 232 positions documented, and the drawback that comes back out the other side once the duty is paid. No fee, no commitment for the review.
